Dear Brothers and Friends,

As I write this message February is winding down and we are getting ready for the busy time of year. March has many events which are listed in the newsletter. I want to congratulate Dennis Malone who will represent Division 2 as the Aide to the Grand Marshal in the Mid-Hudson St. Patrick's Parade in Goshen.
